How It All Started
It started with a trip. A few of us were planning a vacation together, and like most travellers, we started searching online, opening multiple tabs, calling travel agencies and collecting quotes. We spent hours comparing prices and trying to understand which package offered the best value.
After all that research, we finally chose an agency and booked our trip. We thought we had found a good deal.
Then we reached our destination.
We met another group of travellers from the same city who had arrived a day earlier. They were staying at the same hotel and had booked a similar package, but they had paid less. They had simply found another agency offering a better price.
That experience made us question the way people plan holidays. Why should finding a good travel package require so much time and effort? Why should travellers have to contact multiple agencies just to understand their options?
